Protein Yogurt!

Super simple and quick to make, high in energy, protein and healthy fats. I took approximately 3 min to make it. Easy and DELICIOUS!

You will need:
Greek yogurt
Protein Whey
Almond Milk ( Or Milk)
Blueberries (Optional)
Banana (Optional)

Give it a try SERIOUSLY!! I usually will make this if I have stocks but since my dear brother bought some groceries I just had to steal some and make it, sorry for stealing your Yogurt Fong, that's what brothers are for right muahaha!
